My famous granola!

So due to many request, I thought I would share my granola recipe – totally easy & way healthier!! Makes 10 cups :)

Preheat oven to 275 deg.

Combine 5 cups old fashioned organic oats, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar (you can use Splenda brown sugar if you want to save some calories) … sometimes I will add 1/3 cup pumpkin and sunflower seeds and 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes… so combine all this in a large bowl then add 1/2 cup maple syrup (you can use sugar free, regular or I like to use the coconut syrup), 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup olive oil and combine well…spread mixture into a large non stick baking sheet, bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and crispy (make sure to stir it up every 15-20 minutes…i make sure to not break it up too much so it comes out chunky, lol… ) Then after it cools stir in 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup raisins!
